Made a slight mistake on the personality wheel part. I said SOUsai which is incorrect. It's supposed to be SHOUsai. EDIT: I didn't translate the base job skills for Chitose and Tomizawa because they were already officially translated in the IGN Video. I just forgot to add a note on to the video mentioning this.

8:39 Dexterity stat dictates how accurate your attacks are, so higher Dexterity means enemies are less likely to dodge. I don't blame you for not knowing what it does because practically every enemy had abysmally low Evasion, and thus they were nearly incapable of dodging. That is until you play NG+ where their Evasion stats are scaled tremendously. Magic Defense replacing Dexterity is pretty interesting. Makes me wonder if they've tweaked elemental attacks to no longer ignore Defense.

Also I see they removed the Healing stat, which is understandable given that it doesn't come into play much. Most of the healing skills you come across are already pretty strong. Though I am curious to see how healing amount gets scaled now.
