Among all three rooms shown, the third one is the most desirable - also the most expensive, the second one is the least desirable, and the first one is so-so. All three rooms have very similar floor plans: the wash room, toilet and even the kitchenette are by the entrance. While it is common to have the wash room and toilet by the entrance in Japanese apartments, it feels a bit weird to have the kitchen there too. That is too far away from the dinning area. Then, due to the door separating the entrance corridor from the living area, if you want to let natural light into the kitchenette, you will have to keep that door and the balcony curtain open. If you are on an elevated floor, i.e., the sixth or seventh floor, it might not be that big of a deal. However, these apartments are on the ground floor or second floor. If you open the curtain, people can easily see the interior of your place - there is no privacy at all. What makes the second room the least desirable is the irregular shape of the living area, the odd location of the balcony - and it's tiny as well. The irregular shape of the living room makes it more difficult to arrange the furniture. In addition, the yellowish wallpaper and the spot on the floor that looks like a stain also make the place look old. Though it has a window and a tiny balcony, this room is surrounded by other buildings, making natural light limited. Maybe that is why it appears to be old and dim. For such a room, they should use bright light - not the yellowish light shown in the video. The first room is not good, but not too bad as well. Like the second one, there is no view outside the balcony, because the room is located on the ground floor. There is a pre-installed black metal desk that can be used as a computer desk, but then the electric outlet is on the other side of the room. As for the third room, the ocean blue 🌊 wallpaper and shiny marble floor create a sophisticated and calm ambience. The room has a regular shape. The view outside the balcony is also much better than that of the first and second room. Outside the window, there are trees 🌲. The third room is noticeably more attractive than the previous two - except the price. If money is not the problem, definitely, the third room is the best. Thanks for sharing!
