I never heard this song cuz I grew up with a vista computer at my dad’s and playing on my moms old windows 7 computer on the nick jr website on the version of internet explorer that came with the os so the song I always was stuck with was “kalimba” by Mr. Scruff and “new stories-highway blues”

The first line of the song says for millions of years in millions of homes, which means that this is something that has repeated a ton of times with no specific people, talking about things everyone does. Which would make sense and sounds like the theme of lots of Talking Heads songs. He even says "I work and I sleep and I dance and I'm dead." Which means he is describing himself by saying the things everyone does. Kind of reminds me of Road to Nowhere
