Her bodily awareness and muscle control is uncanny. I’m a yoga instructor and the way that she entered and exited that pose is EXACTLY what you want to see, isolating each muscle group and finishing off the position before moving into the next phase. Brilliant! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I LOVE how that looks. And I am absolutely impressed by her abilities and body control. After reading an article about the amount of back surgery that many world class female gymnasts need during or after their career, and that sometimes they are still left with bad lifelong back pain, it makes me sad at the same time. 😢 Wishing all the girls an women in ballet and gymnastics good health during and after their careers!
