Stitches wouldn't work. Smooth unbroken skin won't "heal" together just by sewing it. They would have to do a minor surgery and cut the pockets, then stitch them to get them to close. That's a lot of pain and trouble for a place on the body that's almost never seen. He's probably just going to need to... WASH BEHIND HIS EARS 😆 with a good oil removing cleanser daily.

That is the way you do it. Don't just push down on one side again and again. Push top to bottom and then side to side. See, the technician did not have to dive in 10+ times with the needle to get everything out. Also, did not hesitate to go back when they saw a little more stuff coming out. I really like that loop tool. I think they should have to use that first and then go back with the needle. The music was enjoyable too and the camera work was pretty steady. Great job all around!

Yeah that’s one thing about Dr. Lee, she doesn’t sacrifice patient pain and discomfort for a good “pop.” She has loads of tools to make it simpler and this person use 1 tool and their thumbs, satisfying, but made cringe too because I’m sure it was painful.
