Yes brother, having in mind that, this incident happened on the lake, we are bound to adverse life dangers, not only on Waters, we need safety measures which cuts across all areas of life. Say, attack's, natural calamity,famine, drought and many more ....not forgetting famine which is the giant killer. Government should be vigilant when it comes to matters of life.
