Lil Dre Adidas Centennial 85 low ADV Skate Shoe Review

I managed to get my hands on the new Adidas Centennial 85 low ADV x Dre shoes and wanted to see if adidas put together a banger of a skate shoe or not. This is a pretty interesting cupsole skate shoe that is lightweight and impact supportive. Lil Dre put his touch in all the best places to show that his hand was in the design and this shoe sold out extremely fast. Alot of mid soles in cup soles now a days are hollowed out with just an insole. I get it, its for better feel but nothing beats a true constructed cup cole. I think so far in my experience for a true cup sole would be the Tyshawns

I watched your video and ordered a pair of these. Whatever that material is in the toe is SUPER grippy the board is almost stuck to my foot😂. Loving them so far

I liked his maxallure model from a while back. The white one. Its funny I mentioned I dont skateboard. I havent actually spent time trying it since like 98. (I rollerblade) The last shoes I have copped this year have been Ishod and NB 303 boards Jeremy Fish. I have been being more selective especially since my sneaker collection is pretty much outta control

I don’t have a bunch of shoes contrary to the amount of shoe reviews I have but for what I have I’m trying to be more selective on what I get next.

@@JaySkateDay I think the forums have more room in the toe box. Just that tiny bit bulkier. This also changes depending on materials like a bunch of shoes.

@@justiceizzy82 yes same size. The biggest differences are really the toe box isn’t as tall as the forums and the heel tab area. Other than that I would say they are similar.

when you clean them shoes does it go back to being the same shade of black or is it like noticeably faded

Slightly faded once clean but not crazy… unless it’s really dusty where you live like Arizona. Then you’re screwed I won’t lie 😅

Most of it is prior knowledge on the materials they used on the forums and the regular centennial 85s that they brought to lol Dre’s shoes. Adidas like most brands, don’t tend to stray too far away from stuff they know works well on shoes that sell well.
