I told him that he didn't know what other people outside our house were saying to her, and she shouldn't have to come home and be told the same thing. He never said it again. My mom used to say it when we were shopping. Oh, you are too fat for those, or you are too big to be wearing that. I had to correct her a couple times because she is older and really didn't mean any harm. I had to break it down to her, what she was doing to her self eestem. She finally got it. I had to build my daughter's self-confidence up. She wasn't fat or ugly. She just matured earlier than her classmates and tall for her age. She has long beautiful hair still to this day. COMPLETELY WRONG. I can see you're a Millennial, or Gen-Z🙄. By 1999, Kim already had a nose job....teeth capped.....and her breasts done (hence the stripper outfit). This is well-known to anyone from Generation-X. It's VERY obvious.

@@domarq dude I’m Gen X. I’m just going off the photos shown in this video, and the photo shown for “26” looks like makeup on her natural nose, while the next photo “27” returns to a very natural shape. I'll tell you about my experience with plastic surgery. When I was in my late 40s, my ophthalmologist recommended I have a blepharoplasty to deal with significant peripheral vision loss due to the aging process that consisted of my forehead sliding down my skull (my father had the same surgery due to his similarly deep-set eyes). A plastic surgeon recommended that I have a brow lift, then a bleph because just a bleph would pull my eyebrows lower and it was my eyebrows that were the problem. Had all this done and at the last minute asked to have the bags under my eyes removed. Insurance covered the significant expense (except for the under-eye bags). I very much liked the improvements to my vision and appearance but then thought the upper half of my face looked so much better than the lower half. Got a traditional facelift and a chin implant. Loved these results. But then found myself wanting to do more. I really, really wanted to do more. This is what I believe happens to so-called plastic surgery addicts. I never did any more surgery work done; I think if I had given to my addiction I would now look like some version of Ms. Wildenstein.
@teath_3 жыл бұрын
Its amazing that you recognized the want to do more, the budding of an addiction and stopped before your health and appearance took a toll. More clients should think like this! Yes- there is a risk for getting addicted due to the search for "perfection"(everyone is so unique, its so sad to see people get rid of their uniqueness and their natural features for vanity), but perfection doesnt exist! Just strive to be you.

She has this verse where she says "I'm not guilty, just trying to protect mine. What would you do if every day a black guy, kicked your ribs in, punch your nose & it's bleedin. Choke you out til you stop breathin.." she is a women, a survivor of domestic abuse. Her domestic abuse is the reason behind her cosmetic surgery. Love you Lil Kim 💕

Damn- being cheated on is no joke. Let alone multiple. And consistently of a different race- It’s a huge blow of trust in others and self esteem. I developed situational depression because of something like it. But then you stack a hard DV situation- AND being in the public eye!!! She suffered. A lot. Even if she looks different or whatever the case, I hope she is happy and loves herself. I hope all of you love yourselves. I’m still working on it.

Excited for this video! Lil Kim was perfectly her, then all the plastic surgeries came and she looks like a complete different person now :(

Throughout the years there have been so many videos about how she has morphed into a different person . I agree with you - she was naturally attractive and didn’t need all that work . I don’t know how plastic surgery is regulated in the US. But , here most surgeons must consider a person’s psychological needs . Kim probably needed needed psychological intervention more than plastic surgery . Maybe , I’m wrong but too many young people are having unnecessary work done ..Plastic surgery should NOT be entered into lightly without careful consideration and a surgeon should put in writing all the pros and cons of the procedure..

She was abused by an ex boyfriend. I hate when non-blacks who absolutely know jack shit about the culture give their input. You’re taking up space. Stay out.

@@savagek1938 Yeah right ! I loathe it when some keyboard warrior thinks he/she/they know the colour/ethnicity of everyone who comments on KZbin. I’m NOT obligated to tell you my skin colour - so please keep race out of it ..Kim didn’t have her cheeks , forehead/lips busted by the guys in her life . The video explicitly says she changed her features because the guys cheated on her with women with European features . In simple English - she was insecure ..You might be biased when it comes to famous people . But , I’m NOT . So out of respect for Dr Gary - because I enjoy watching his informative/non biased videos. ...I’m going to be very polite and NOT say what I really want to say . Have a good morning/ afternoon/evening wherever you are in this world ..

@@savagek1938 what does race have to do with a woman having plastic surgery? You're out of line and need to stay out yourself. Get a damn life or some therapy.

Dr. G, you have a gift for speaking around what most would consider catastrophically irreversible disasters caused by ones own self to ones own self. Every case you present isn't so severe but in general what would cause most to become a drug dependent shut in, you're able to select words and expressions that are very nonjudgemental and nice to hear. Thank you for your content!
