This song is not just about feeling different because you aren't straight but also about how you need to first accept yourself and then everything else takes place. I had trouble understanding who I was or why I am who I am and I think this song made me realise that it's okay to not fit in, it's okay to take time for yourself because I think in this busy world we forget to take care of ourselves.
