Nobody deserves to conquer a music market just because they (claim to) promote sobriety (which in turn promotes intoxication, as you need to go there to get clean) . Why does it even matter if he came from a higher socioeconomic status or not? The fact that the interviewer see he’s a white boy and automatically think he came from a spoiled home says a lot about the interviewers character. Even if he was born rich that’s not worthy of hatred. Maybe consider someone’s character rather than where they came from.
