Your not ready you should be having sex or premarital sex and if married and you don't want kids it's your responsibility to be on birth control. What about all those women who got an abortion and felt consistently better afterward? Should that factor into Lila Rose's consequentialist proposal?
@lyndi971926 күн бұрын
I only know of one woman. She intentionally got the abortion, and then became a very difficult neighbor for every family on the street. She felt better, and made sure that everyone around her was miserable.

Sometimes a girl/woman just isn't ready/able to, carry, give birth to, or parent a child, no matter how much truth or care is offered. She should then be allowed to choose within the bounds of certain restrictions whether to have an abortion or not. You cannot force unplanned or immoral pregnancy on another human being's unready soul! That person will ultimately be answerable to God for their decision, and He, knowing all things, will judge or have mercy, as He sees fit. Peace and blessings ✝️ 💜

I’d like to hear more about the other 2 people involved in an abortion, the father and the abortionist. Some fathers abandon the women they impregnate, some fathers don’t know about the pregnancy, and some fathers actually want the baby. Even in the womb, the baby is a child of the father too. I e seen a few fathers speak out but it’s crazy to think so many women anre alone in this. Also, there are many abortionists are coming out with grief, regret, and guilt for performing abortions. Why do thousands of people need to bare the weight of killing a baby in the womb in the name of a woman’s right to choose. What about the right to a clear conscience?
@benniewenniger207518 күн бұрын
Pro life for sure. The unborn needs to be protected. And what about the father? What about him, and his child if the woman choses abortion. His opinion and feelings probable don’t matter. The discussion pro life or pro choice always ends with the pro choice side getting angry as they run out of arguments!

That's because it's not the father's body that's being heavily affected by the pregnancy. The father doesn't get parental rights until the child is born, so until then, he has no say. Rights are still rights, whether you like them or not. No human being has the right to use another human being's body without their ongoing consent, so why would we grant special rights to fetuses?

Pro-life for the whole life, no matter if your kid is disabled or abled or 6 weeks or 2 years or 10 years or 30 years old or when we're elderly. We all have the right to live.
@LWS198913 күн бұрын
We only have the right to live to a certain extent. If the only way we can survive is to use somebody else’s body as life support and they don’t consent to it, then unfortunately, we’re dead. Nobody has the right to use another person’s body without their consent, so why would we grant special rights to fetuses?

She makes a compelling argument. She says that the rule of law is supposed to protect the weak and vulnerable. The problem is that we don't do enough to protect children now. There so many kinds just in America who are neglected or abused and the system ignores as is. You have a system that is supposed to help women who have a child so they can care for them. Only that system keeps them down and does nothing to encourage or help them get to a point were they no longer need the system. The fatal flaw in her argument is that if we got rid of abortion we would create a thousand more problems which would be disastrous for children and for society. If she really wanted to stop abortion she would spend more time advocating and find ways to better educate women. She would bang down the doors of congress to force hospitals to offer imitated and even on going counciling for women who find out they are pregnant. She would advocate to make changes to welfare to improve upon it and make so that it actually helps women and helps them get to a point were they no longer need it. If we did this and there probably more things we could do then we probably not have to eliminate abortion as women would choose not to have one. Also I don't think it's right to turn women in to incubators which is eactly what she would be advocating for. I think the laws that we have had for abortion have been pretty good. I think the best direction would be to find way to get women not to have an abortion. But if Lily Rose got her way she would make things a million time worse then she could ever imagine not only for society but for a lot of kids.

Women have a choice, they can choose birth control, condoms or abstinence, if they choose to ignore those options pregnancy is a consequence of their poor choice, why should the unborn baby get the death penalty for their choice?? Of course rape is a different ballgame, however less that 1% of abortions are victims of rape. The majority are people killing babies as a form of birth control.

You have idea how much pro-life people DO for moms and children.
@deaddudegaming26 күн бұрын
@@lyndi9719 Yes I actually do but there no focused in the right area. Do you know pro-lifers spend more time at the capital trying to ban abortion then they are trying to fix all the problems like Foster care and Welfare for example. What they do for moms and children isn't enough it's a quick fix. Helping moms get food, clothing and other resource is great and all but it doesn't solve the long term problem. That's the critical part to all this. It's offering not just short term solutions but also long term solutions. If Pro-Lifers spent as much time pushing to fix and improve things like Sex Education (which is a Joke especially in some states.), Welfare, and Foster Care System as they do trying to ban abortion. If spent more time fighting the root cause that lead to abortion instead of targeting abortion directly there wouldn't be a need to ban abortion because you would drastically reduce if not eliminated abortion all together. Pro-Lifers solutions are short term solutions and there are limitations with those short term solutions. That's because it requires donations from the public so the resources they provide are not unlimited.
