NCT 2018 included 18 members, WayV hasn't debut at that time. In this comback NCT 2020 will include 3 new members from WayV there are Yangyang, Xiaojun and Hendery so Nctzen thought they would have 21 members but 2 new members were introduced it's Sungchan and Shotaro so NCT officially have 23 members for 2020 (Officially for this year not permanently). You know that NCT have unlimited members right? They have new members and new sub unit at least in 1-2 years. They probably more than 50 members in the future. Lucky for you eventho you still learning but 23 aren't that hard to learn until they're more than 23 :)
