I like your DIY setup at home. I can't have those hefty big boys toys yet. But at least I get to watch you do your thing. Keep it going and enjoy!

Both the green & white screeners and all the conveyors come rcmodeldesign.com from south Vietnam. Great guy to deal with. His price includes shipping worldwide & he takes PayPal. Doesn’t speak a lick of English, uses an online translator so be mindful of your spelling & grammar. 😉

I really love your setup. Would you be able to share any info on that crusher? Make\Model etc. would love to have something that size for here where I’m at with tons and tons of rocks. The scale multi thousand dollar machines just can’t hack it here.

Sure! The big one is 3x4 inch jaw crusher, I use a 2hp electric motor on 220v and its operating rpm is 375. The company is from Quebec, the millwright that builds the mini crushers is in Nova Scotia. When I bought this in 2017 I think the price was $2400usd… but like everything else post scamdemic it’s more than double that now. And this price is just the crusher you see in pictures, you have to source the 2hp requirement elsewhere. I got mine at Princess Auto. www.911metallurgist.com/equipment/small-jaw-crusher-3-4/ This latest fine crusher I got came from midwestern USA, I think Iowa. Not as big or powerful as the other crusher but it might handle 1,5 to 2 inch rock. The adjustment plate works on a cam, need a 3/4” wrench & I think 1/2” Allen wrench. Can be bought in either 12v dc or 110v ac. Priced very reasonable at $1500usd + shipping. www.goldbeltglobal.com/product-page/olesi-4-sample-crusher

I’ve always been leary of the rcmodeldesign crushers, no way that little model would have big enough bearings to take the shock load of breaking actual rock… I’d think it’d become an expensive paperweight rather quickly lol

@@LilGiantsConstrCo yeah I bought one used and had lots of break downs. So wound up selling it for a big loss. What is the big crusher setup you have going there? Did I see 911 metallurgy on the side?

@@minidigginwell wtf?!!! KZbin!!! I replied to your question in a separate response, a lengthy reply with links & info on both crushers 😡 This comment section is utter garbage sometimes. What’s your email?

@@minidiggin or I could try posting links again to see if utube will allow it. 911 Metallurgist is out of Quebec, the 3x4 inch jaw crusher is just the crusher, I bought a 2hp on 220v motor from Princess Auto. You could a 5hp gas motor on it if you weren’t close to power. www.911metallurgist.com/equipment/small-jaw-crusher-3-4/
