Lili Dungri Na Paratha can be a good option for your everyday breakfast. Spring Onions or lili dungri is easily available in market and you can make this paratha easily whenever you feel to do so. This paratha recipe can be enjoyed with curd or with pickle. The secret of this recipe is addition of curd while kneading the dough which makes the paratha soft. Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta)
1/2 Cup of Gram Flour (Besan)
1-1.5 Cups of Finely Chopped Spring Onions
1/2 Cup Curd (Dahi)
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
1.5-2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
Salt
Oil
Ghee
Water
Procedure:
1. In wheat flour, add gram flour, finely chopped spring onions, finely chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, garam masala, sesame seeds, salt and curd. Mix well.
2. Add little water and knead a dough for paratha. Apply some oil and make it smooth.
3. Take a portion of dough and dust it with flour and roll it.
4. Roast the paratha on tawa. Apply ghee while roasting it. Lili Dungri Na Paratha is ready.
