This property is located on a cobbled lane adorned by colourful bougainvillea trees, in the picturesque village of Milatos.

In the middle of these two areas is the common kitchen. Both areas have their own entrances/exits as well as back doors leading out to a common courtyard. From here, concrete stairs lead up to the terrace which has lovely views of the village and the sea.
Across the cobbled path, opposite the main house, is another building which has been partly renovated and can be completed and refurbished into a guest room with a bathroom. The toilet, basin and a small kitchenette have already been installed.
There is also a lovely garden as well as a large shed opposite the main house, surrounded by trees and shrubs that offer more than enough shade. A lovely spot for entertaining and soaking up the sun.
There are two areas to park: The one is at the church about 30meters away, and the other, directly next to the property, on the quiet country road at the other end of the property.
