Growing up with a dad and marrying a man who have always held me and all women in their lives in the highest regard and put me on a pedestal every chance they got then to now working in a male dominated industry and feeling for the first time as a lesser than an equal has been challenging to say the least, but this helps me feel that I am enough and will always be enough. What industry is that?? I think there's misconception that men are favored in the work force In reality, they have diversity quotas and hire women and minorities first. There are male dominated areas, but not due to sexism. Men and women make different career choices.
