You're wrong justice isn't color blind it literally picks and chooses who to prosecute regardless of the crime. Ie: the bus driver who killed all those seniors in the bus crash. Bus driver was found to be at fault but will not be prosecuted due to his injuries. Ie2: When the cannabis testing rolled out in Saskatchewan, CTV did an educational piece with Saskatoon police. They went to a cannabis store and performed a test on 2 white women employees. One said she smoked before bed the night before, the other said they smoked before her shift. Both failed the test. Both were not charged. Both were not asked if they drove to work that they. I call the police station to ask about it. They said that they reserve the right to prosecute or not. Then I was hung up on.

Yeah....a black immigrant attacked a woman in a car park in Saskatoon....beat and stabbed her. then stole her car and left her bleeding on the pavement....he was charged with assault, not attempted murder...and sentenced to eight years.....which was on appeal reduced by three years because of...well...basically...Gladue factors.

When I approached, what I thought was a drunk driver (weaving in the lane, failing to signal lane changes) I approached the driver and lo and behold it was a person with a fill burka with mesh covering the eyes. I memorized the lic plate and make of the vehicle and went to the closest Calgary Police Station. I explained the situation(dangerous driving), to the three officers and when I mentioned the burka, all three said it was a “cultural thing” and will not investigate. So much for a blind justice in Canada! Don’t rely on the CPS for any service, because their first response is: “you have insurance, right”?
