Ally Rose Jr. Elite is when a gymnast is under the age of 15/16 depending on the year of birth but is still competing elite routines. Elite or Sr. Elite is anyone upwards from the age of 15/16 e.g. most gymnasts we see on TV like Simone Biles :)

PotterHead Gymnast 🤸‍♀️ The difference between junior elite and senior elite . 1. Age . Must be 16 for international competitions 2. Senior elite is more maturity and artistry . They judge harsher on the E score as well . The DD seniors usually build up until Olympic trials .
