@@LillianMasie yep, first one that comes to mind is coconut oil as shaving cream and everything else lol. i think you recommended witch hazel too, i did rosehip oil for while and then i used to do the honey facewash, idk why i stopped that was the best my skin ever looked and felt. but i do use raw honey in my homemade lip scrub/balm (brown sugar, honey, coconut oil, beeswax, and sometimes an essential oil like peppermint 😉)

I really like the gadget for your ears. I have a pass to Disneyland and I really dislike going on rides because the noise of the rides are really loud for me. These would be perfect for my trips.

yep! I remember the days of the coconut oil in fact I think that's about the time I found your videos. I feel so old now Lillian. lol That was 10 years ago, wow! I love the lipstick color you have on. It looks like a toffee color, very pretty. This past year I went through a very stressful time and saw a counselor. She discussed box breathing with me. It does help.

My hands have been dry and rough for many years, and I started having a scoop of collagen powder blended in a glass of water. My hands are so soft and beautiful now (about 6 weeks in) I feel like a hand model and can’t stop feeling my hands. WAIT OMG. This is so interesting because I am anemic and now I that I think about it, the periods of time when I'm better about taking my iron supplement, the ringing is lessened. This is blowing my mind!
