I feel like you could really benefit from this tip Lilly. the best way to stave off a cold is raw garlic. I don't have the stomach to eat it plain and raw so here's my trick. chop up one clove of garlic into very very very small pieces, let it sit for 10 minutes, put the teeny tiny chopped pieces on a spoon, cover the spoon and raw honey. To swallow flip the spoon honey side down onto your tongue and swallow the spoonful. Garlic is anti bacterial and anti viral as is honey. Natural and really works
