The company she uses to design her shirts has to pay to have them made. The difference between the company she uses to make shirts, and regular clothing companies, is that regular clothing companies make a bundle of shirts first, and THEN sell them. Her company has to see who wants to buy how many of what in which color, and then sends them the shirt. So if her merchandise is expensive just know it's because you have to pay to get the shirt to a point of existence, and I checked out the website she uses to deign and sell the shirts, and you have no control over the price of the shirt you're selling, the more you add to the shirt, the more it costs.

Hey I'm not too sure but my Health & Nutrition teacher said that wholewheat and processed (white) carbs are the same things are the same thing except one difference. The processed carbs (for eg. white bread)'s grains are the same as the wholewheat carbs (for eg. brown bread). But to make a difference is that after eating wholewheat carbs, you have to drink water. Then the water will just make the whole grains increase in volume in your belly, so your tummy will be full, and you won't be hungry. That's the difference. Well I think so, my teacher said that the other time. Oh and also, wholewheat stuff contains more calories that processed stuff. So, drink water. To feel full.

Lilly, cheerios are fine as long as you have some non-fattening protein to go with it. I know you're a vegetarian so you could have some yogurt or meatless chicken or something like that to go with it. The reason you want protein is because it helps break down and digest all those carbs. It's mainly the sugar that is the problem. Without protein it's just empty carbs which are certainly not gonna help anything. Also, the reason why you want non-fattening protein is because fats and carbs are the two main kinds of fuel that your body converts into energy. Unfortunately, our bodies can only digest one type of fuel at a time so it might use the carbs and store the fat, or it might use the fat and store the carbs, and by store I mean sit on your hips, legs, etc. I hope that helped! Ive literally watched only 49 secons of your vlog, but I wanted to mention that the Canon EOS 600D (probably a different name where you are) has a screen that u can flip over, makes full HD videos etc. Look it up. I use it for my photography clients all the time. And a tip: invest more into a good lens than a body (as long as you meet your camera requirements)

Apparently the 70D continual autofocus is kinda buggy and Canon aren't doing anything to fix it (It's within their specifications). Same on the 7DMkII. Investigate that a bit further before buying. I'm not anti-canon (I have canon gear too), just giving a heads up.
