The flowers jump around when planted because youre putting them as close as possible as flowers, but the plants have larger hitboxes so they dont fit in that space anymore

With that, as someone who's played the Sims since the very first game; I've really enjoyed watching her upbeat vids on the lives of her Sims. Small tip I found out for making more money: Harvest all your crops/produce/flowers and wait until Saturday to sell them. That’s when the fair in the cottage living pack starts and you can sell your stuff for an extra %10 or so more.

Pro tip, as a streamer/youtuber who plays LPs with selling tables. I find the trick is DO NOT engage with the customers! I find it wastes time and they wont buy nothing. Usually I will get a group of sims, if i dont interact with them one person will buy something then they will all leave and send in another group with sometimes the same people. And they will repeat the process!

Note: If you really want to make some good money with gardening, you can buy Orchids straight out of the flower cart in Tartarosa. Tartosa? Tar... Um. The wedding town, lol. Orchids sell for an insane amount on their own, but if you pair it with flower arrangements and selling orchid arrangements- the pink ones- on a yardsale table for 300% markup, it's... it's insanity. Literal insanity. Plopsy, too, can be absolutely broken with flower arranging. Scent your arrangements with bluebells for longevity so othey die slower (or not at all, I forget).

Have you ever tried the scenario 'No skills no problem'? While this scenario is active, your sims cannot gain any skills but has to make a certain amount of money to succeed. It's really funny because much of the classical money making isn't that effective without any skill and upleveling :D I found the only really effective way was to marry and get their money...

Wow you had such good luck with Trendi. The few times I've tried it, I struggled to sell ANYTHING. Even if it was a style that was "hot" and I hyped up the outfit while wearing it, I could rarely sell it for more than a few dollars over the "similar items" value and often I had to sell under that value. The last time I tried it, my teenager had the aspiration that involves selling on Trendi (Admired Icon, I think?) and I was MISERABLE. I wonder if Stanley has any traits that made it easier? Guys if you save your harvestables til Saturday, you can sell them for 10% profit at the Finchwick fair! Also, if you charge the crystals, they’re worth more! During harvestfest, appease the gnomes successfully & they’ll leave seeds everywhere that you can sell unless you use them too. Not too important if you’re just using trendi but just little tips :)

Stanley's consistent problems with vampires just reminded me of a money making strategy I don't think you've tried yet: garlic. I have vague memories of funding a 100 Baby Challenge solely on the garlic items you can make after getting to level 5 of the Vampire Lore skill since once you have a big enough garlic garden, you can earn 1000s. Plasma packs are also pretty decent at making money since you can turn cheap frogs and cheap fish into 50 simoleons instead
