Finally my niche experience training a llama can be useful. Llamas can indeed spit! They mostly do it at each other when they're annoyed, but they can do it to people too if upset. They are creatures who really need their personal space and do NOT appreciate that being invaded non-consensually. They're actually really agile and can run super fast! One fun fact is that they can move either side of their top lip independently of the other. I trained a very cute llama called Dom to put a hat on my head using clicker training, and he did a great job!

I really wish they would let us get those terrain paints in an update because I notice that there are a lot of terrain paints that are not in the Build mode terrain paints, If they did then maybe we can use them to bring the lot to the road--or at least close to the road. I used to be proud of our build mode in the Sims 4, but every time they change things for the better, it is worse. I wish they would give us spiral stairs, turn the lots around to face the front, and give us matching terrain paints--oh, and more realistic plants such as herbs that don't look alike. I have never played with laundry since it turned out so buggy. That said, I would have used that room for a 3 x 1 bathroom with the shower from University or Snowy Escape--with kids, you will need more bathrooms. Come to think of it, with that terrain paint you cannot erase, I would have put rocks and landscaping on any of it I couldn't cover with the building, then just build around it. Or I would have made it into a sand pit for the kids using one of the sand terrain paints.

I live in Germany and we have a llama and alpaca farm nearby where you can take them for a walk. I went there a couple times and it was really fun. First, they educate you about llamas and alpacas (e.g. where they originated, the differences between llamas and alpacas, what they need to live a happy life, how to behave around them...). Afterwards, you could go in the pasture and feed them with hay and then we went on a ca. 2h long walk. It was so adorable. Now in regards to the saying that llamas spit. Yes they do, but only at each other or when they want to defend themselves. A mother might spit if she feels like someone is coming too close to her babies. It's a bit like cats. Yes they scratch you but only if they feel threatened. This is also why you shouldn't interact with baby llamas. If they see you as part of their heard they will behave accordingly. Hope this helps! (Edit: spelling)

When our cat had to wear a cone she got stuck on the windowsill behind a closet underneath the window. So we put a large cardboard box (like tv box size) on the window sill, so she couldn’t get behind it. When the cone came off, she opened box on the window sill and lay inside it. Now there’s been a cardboard box on the window sill blocking part of the window for 3 years because she likes laying in it.

Never got spit on, but sometimes they do if they don't like people and it STINKS xD

12:21 I think that for this to be an actual challenge you need to have every room you create connected in the main shell. Otherwise you could just block the things you don't like and make the inside a rectangle or- even worse- you could "ignore" the basement with the same logic and make it a one floor house. If you can just pretend those two squares behind the fireplace don't exist, where is the limit?

We used to have one named Dolly at the local zoo, and she'd come hang out with me. Even if there were kids with food pellets, she thought I was pretty chill. Fun fact: male alpacas growl super deep to get the gals in heat. Also, they're animals I'm not allergic to, so that would've been great. Unfortunately, I *am* allergic to hay... and dogs... so it didn't happen.

a bit off topic, but i think sometimes you should try something different from the floor plan you usually do. for example, everytime you can fit 2+ bedrooms you turn them into a kids/teen bedroom, but you could also make them music rooms, art studios, candle makers spaces, little cinemas, laundry room etc... i think sometimes making more houses with these different, but useful spaces could be really cool!!!
