I drive by this all the time on my way from Publix. I watched it being built. I always wondered what was going on here. I'm never heard the term 'Boutique Lodging'. Are they condos? Apartments? Thanks for posting.

Yeah a funny term. Im using their wording. It’s technically like a hotel but with less amenities (no pool or anything). And one shared community space. Someone coming from out of town might enjoy staying for a night or weekend, great location. Thanks for watching Joe!
