I love the way you review this. I’ve watched so many Lily Jade packing videos, and couldn’t pinpoint why I still can’t figure out how I want to pack my bags… The way you show the inside of the bag first, and then take the item out to talk about it, and then show the inside again, before taking the next item out - that is so helpful! I’ve been eyeing the Shaylee (just trying to decide between OE and OE Sand colors). And this video has me convinced I need it.🙂 I’m going to look through your other videos now.

Thanks for your review! I just received my Caroline bag in the Old English leather. Beautiful but it's such a delicate bag! I've used it for one week and the leather has started to peel in a few areas, a few water drops stained the bag, and it looks like it's filthy and a decade old already. Is this normal? Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks

Hello! I don’t work for Lily-Jade so I can’t speak from the company standpoint, but all of my Lily Jade bags are holding up beautifully- no peeling. As for staining, I absolutely baby my bags so they look brand new. Maybe reach out the company and see what they say/ what advice they have.
