Some heavy lifting here. The coloratura borders on slovenly, the breath is short, the aspirates are present more than her norm. However, there is still the old charm in Pons' voice, the tone is crystal clear and bright, and the high notes are there, especially the one toward the end. She was a great singer and artist despite all her technical flaws.
