Gratitude list. Well, I'm currently in a VA hospital for PTSD treatment and it's easy to get down in here. But, I have to remember where I was a couple years ago. On the streets of Des Moines in the dead of winter without even a freaking coat. I saw things on the streets far worse than any I saw while serving. So, my gratitude list starts with having a bed to sleep in. Next is 3 meals a day. And 3rd is the counselors that are working so hard to try to put back together a badly damaged mind. I'm writing a novel on all of my experiences and it gets to be a lot sometimes. So, sometimes I listen to music and it calms me but sometimes I come here and take in the goodness that is Lily Aldridge.

I’m a grocery disinfectant person too. I’ve found laying everything out on an old towel and spraying it is less labor than wiping everything down.

Lily thank you so much for your uplifting videos ! They are such a treat to watch every week when I haven't seen my friends in person for months. I'm kind of a germaphobe too and actually bring my own Miss Fannie's wipes to the grocery store to wipe down the cart/basket before using it. Really looking forward to making vegan nachos tonight, thanks to running four days a week in the mornings and the warmer weather a bit of salty Mexican inspired food is it for me. The snack that I should not buy anymore are Emmy's dark cacao coconut cookies,they disappear within literally a day. So good. Have a beautiful day and keep upbeat !
