If you open with your clout, or your money or any of that stuff , you'll then either: a) make the convo awkward because there is not much follow up to do that statement b) show some insecurity on your personal skills or maybe even you'll come off as a bit narcissistic c) attract the wrong kind of people.

It highly depends on who you are and the type of woman you're trying to attract. The 'phat 🐴' angle will attract/appeal to a woman who's more blue collar and sexual, while the social followers one attracts those who are concerned with elevating their social status (this is common among women). I think Lily's implication of bringing it up quickly is a good idea if the situation dictates needing to make a quickly strong impression (e.g. online dating profile, any cold approach), but if it's in more casual social exchanges and you're not gunning for a particular woman, I'd recommend only dropping the social media name and leave it up to the woman to look you up; that way she already had some interest even before figuring out your social media clout.

Someone who is interested by that kind of brazen bragging is probably just going to be a clout chaser who isn't interested in a romantic connection. Those are the kinds of things that are much more powerful when a woman discovers them for herself rather than the guy outright saying it as if there is no depth to his personality. As the saying goes, "A rich man doesn't need to say he's rich." Unless you've had replicable success using that approach. How many times has that kind of line worked for you as a conversation starter with a woman you want to date?

@@gerardodelrio3778 nah he's noticeably balding, pasty looking, and overweight. as the other guy said his looks aren't his selling point. he has other things going for him. for one he's one of the founders of OTV and can flex his ability to get in contact with pokimane or others. also he's pretty financially secured and that's definitely a great one too. i'm going tbh, with YOUNG women they want to be in relationships with guys that are good looking. as they get older, they start prioritizing different stuff. a girl that wants to move out will be more willing to bargain in the looks department then to be like 24 and still living at home. the closer a woman gets to 30 is the more desperate she'll get because there is a stigma around women that are 30 and live at home(usually that they aren't going to be able to be married).
