Lovely design!! When you add the patina, do you brush it on avoiding the bead or can you dip the entire pendant in the liver of sulpher? Thank you for the wonderful tutorial!

Thank you! 😊 Dipping vs brushing depends on the stone and how porous it is. The rule of thumb is stones with a harness of 6 or above on the Mohs scale can be dipped. I think shell, in theory, shouldn't be dipped - but these particular beads do have a coating on them (resin I think) so I haven't had problems dipping them! If in doubt, though, brush it on.
