Hello. First, I did nothing to the head except paint. Ive decided should the motor poop out I will pull it again and rebuild the guts and of course replace the head gasket. But for now, shes purring along just fine. Second, I considered electric, but because Im not an electric guy, more mechanical, so Im sticking to the basics and its all working good so far after 2.5 years. Thanks!

Hi lyod I have the same motor on my islander I have question my motor doesn’t turn . I recently bought the boat. But the engine won’t turn by just turning the flywheel by hand. The person that works at marina said it was running last year. So I wactjink Ng the engine piston is sized . Any sujestoon thanks.
