Easy solution then, see if a Bloodfiend or few have a genuine dream to cook food. That way you have the emotional value of someone following their dream in the cooking, which even in real life, can make a dish taste a lot better. As you know someone poured their heart and soul into making something delicious or to be delicious and wish to improve.

The hemobars being an actual alternative would be more correct.. don quixote actually doesn't have the psychological need to drink blood like the other bloodfiends it was his children that suffered because they couldnt drink blood

@@cryptocoin7098 I don't think it's that he doesn't have the need, though I could be wrong. I think rather, that because of how strong his dream was, he was able to suppress the desire to drink blood. It's obvious that it's possible to suppress the desire, to some extent, as we see his entire family try to do so, but their will was not as strong as his. Some suppress their hunger better than others. The blood fiends also have a fear of running water, yet we see don drink from the water. It's clear that bloodfiends can possibly overcome these strong psychological barriers, but the outcome of the story is that it's too much of a statistical anomaly to expect an entire family of bloodfiends to manage to suppress it.

Given it is a tragedy it is a bit more extreme, but I've seen similar stories play out in real life, the biggest difference being that we see stories like this play out from the perspective of the patriarch much the time, and not of the long forgotten child noted for their obedience and faith.

I'm going to pretend like this is the Mirror World where La Manchaland actually worked, and that all the Bloodfiends managed to find their own dreams that dealt with their emotional nourishment/sustenance, whilst the Blood packs dealt with the physical nourishment/sustenance: Nicolina: *Truly engrosses herself in her work as a TAILOR (She could probably work well as a Barber too, though, given how complicated her own hairstyle is) and gets emotionally sustained through that. Well, that and all the attention she'll receive because of how stylish her clothing will be. Probably opens up her own boutique while using her 'Fashinista Shows' as a marketing tactic to get people interested.* Curiambro: *One of Don Quixote's strongest, if not THE strongest supporter of Don Quixote's dreams. He probably works in a similar function to the original world where he ends up being someone that runs the confessional, being a stabilizing force for any of the wayward Bloodfiends that haven't found their own dreams yet. Honestly, he could be La Manchaland's guidance counselor/therapist, and that's where he gets his emotional sustenance from. Helping his fellow Bloodfiends live and find their own dreams and goals.* Dulcinea: *Capable of being emotionally sustained by all the smiles and attention she gets by simply appearing in the Parade as she normally does. Being the 'Princess', she has the spotlight on her at all times, which she adores. And because she's no longer starving emotionally, she doesn't end up developing her nihilistic outlook toward... everything. In fact, this version would be far more happy and content, putting her all in giving the crowds of humans and Bloodfiends a spectacular performance. Also, Cassetti won't run away. That's the most important part.*

I always wondered what if everyone got their "happy ending" and La Manchaland was a success. Like, I felt he announcer pack of the silly Bloodfiend trio shined a bit of light of if such an outcome happened, with how silly some of quotes can be (the one with someone splashing water in Nicolina's direction ending up with her panicking is alway funny). It would be fun to see such a potential wholesome outcome for them all in some other mirror world. Although, I imagine there will still be a few bumps in the road with the Fanghunt Office Fixers.
