Depends on the rules I'd say. If we're talking no day restarts and no mem repo, only reset to day 0 once at day 45, then I did it several times already, all successful. Dunno, lob corp is not that hard.

Did something similar except with a mix of hell bingo and random sinners, ids, but in md4h. The rules are simple: if you get a bingo you spin a wheel of punishments (no shops, no enhance, sacrifice a sinner or 3 no egos, refuse 5 gifts), after you beat a floor, 3 sinners must be replaced and cannot be used till next floor and the id used is permanently locked out from being used again. I only survived till floor 5 first fight.

For the Aleph: I think these sinners id's do well. Yi sang: Pequod (Relentless stabbing) and Seven assoc maybe? Faust: LCR (26 rolling skill 3) Don: Shi (rolls well) and BL (Spreads poise) Ryoshu: Most if not all of her 00 ID'S are viable especially Seven (12, 20,19) Meursault: Dead Rabbits Boss or Middle (plus coin drop) Hong Lu: All of his 00 id's Heathcliff: N corp (2 plus coin drop) or Multicrack (13/19/21) Ishmael: Shi (21 rolling skill 2) or Wuthering (13, 16,16 again) Rodion: T corp maybe? Sinclair: Dont. But if you really want to Red sheet. Outis: Cinq (Good skills overall) , G corp (Good rolls and buffs allies) and Ring Gregor: Kurokumo

Since Limbus is going to get at least five more cantos in its story, I'd make an adjustment to this challenge. After two cantos, if a sinner had previously died then they can be brought back to life, or for more detail if Sinclair died in Canto IV, then he'll be benched until you reach Canto VI, at which point he can join the fight again. In fights where a sinner needs to be involved in a fight, you can revive them immediately, but at the cost of having another sinner take its current place. For more detail, if you get to Canto VI with Heathcliff needing one canto left to be revived, you can instantly revive him while making someone like Don Quixote getting benched until you finish Canto VI. Otherwise, this effectively needs to go deathless since losing more than one sinner per canto means you might not have enough sinners to complete the entire story under the current stipulations (especially if you lose a sinner that's important to the upcoming story).

I beat this challenge on Aleph difficulty, here’s my thoughts: Canto II-III: extremely easy Canto IV: Extremely easy except for 4-48, which wiped all my sinners, making me have to restart. You need to be EXTREMELY careful with her status effects or she will instakill sinners. Canto V: Moderate (no deaths) Canto VI: Extreme (barely made it through the boss gauntlet with Chains of Others spam). Surprisingly Hindley managed to kill Zwei Faust. Multicrack Heathcliff died in the Time Killing Time dungeon. Every other sinner survived. I think you should remove Canto II-IV (except for the Dongbaek boss fights) from the challenge for being too easy. You should also add 6-29 to the google doc Overall I really liked the challenge! It was difficult but very satisfying to beat

Thanks for the update! I'm considering making an updated video after Canto VII drops since we're getting a larger change to game mechanics too and will take this into account. As of now, I can see the reasons for dropping Cantos II-IV since they're more boring than the rest, but also don't love the idea of losing the sense of experiencing the entire journey. It's worth addressing though, so some change will have to come into play. Regardless, I'm glad you had fun with the challenge and appreciate the feedback!

The main problem with the current rule is that a few 00s are significantly stronger than others (like MC Heath), incentivizing players to use the same group of 00s for every fight.

Honestly, I feel like stopping at no 000 ids is too tame. So why not kick it up a notch for a few people who want to suffer? Canard: A fun little silly nuzlocke where you just start over. Urban Myth: A secondary harder (Though not by much) version where you have to use the base sinners in their canto. Any id they use is on the table. Urban legend: You're required to double slot a sinner. (Means that if the max sinners is 5 you can only bring 4.) Urban plaque: Kind of like Urban Myth, but you keep it accurate and can only bring their base. Ids are at least 3 levels below the enemies. This means that yes you will have to field base yi sang in canto 4. Urban Nightmare: Everything is 5 levels below, only allowed to use the base ego. NO supports can be fielded. Star of the City: Base Ids and Egos ONLY. This means no support passives, no op ids. Just you, the base ids and your skill. (Yes this is somehow possible.) Impuritas Civitatis: BASE IDS ONLY, AT LEAST 5 LEVELS BELOW THE RECOMMENDED, ALWAYS ONE BELOW THE SINNER LIMIT. (Everything up to Star of the City has been possible at least up till the end of canto 5. Further testing will have to be done to see if Impuritas Civitatis is doable.)

if ya want another suggested 'difficulty', you could add "only one 000 ID at a time" which removes 1 000 ID each time you use it in a bossfight(this allows a single ID to be used through a dungeon, but you swap it out each abno battle, for example)

Bruh, this challenge is meaningless. Limbus can often be completed solo, with one identity (especially if it is a tank or sinking Ishmael), I speak as a person who goes through the all canto with basic 0 Id without deaths (even a small drawdown in levels does not affect). At most, difficulties arise in the case of a difference in levels of 10+ and the absence of a dodge, and then not always Yea, your restarts will cost a lot, but you also can use just op ids, counter the enemies with right team building and actually use same level characters as your enemies, so it wouldn’t be a hard

Yeah. Midway through I realized it wouldn't hit for the most hardcore players yet. But that's okay. I'd rather leave something harder for casual players that still have some breathing room than go to extremes. Depending on how Canto VII goes, I may make a followup with more restrictions, as long as they lead to interacting with the game in a new way that doesn't get overly-repetitive. We'll see.
