Honestly, when you mentioned that your initial theory of Sasha was that she was a bloodfiend, I was reminded of the trailer where we saw Sasha as an enemy with the same blood crystals growing out of her head as the other enemies. The whole plot twist was already spoiled just from the trailer. I suppose it could have turned out that she was converted somehow later on, but the fact that she didn’t follow us and the hint about bloodfiends having red eyes early on, it was pretty much a foregone conclusion.

Something tells me that her Vampire form might be named Alonso, just because of the original character's real name, Alonso Quijano. I have a few theories for her backstory. What if she was a very bored and powerful Vampire Lady that just happened to hear the stories of Fixers, and get enchanted by it so much that she forsake her clan and fled with her squire, Sancho Panza. But then, Sancho dies (maybe by the hands of the Pale-Moon Knight/Samson Carrasco) and Don absorbs him/her, which explains her base EGO being named "The Blood of Sancho", and the lance being blood-red in color.
