They aren't always active otherwise they would just run out of memory recording thousands of years, but the W corp agents in Ruina are straight up shown looking back at footage from a WARP train. They just can't access it until after the train is back

Great... Another Banger of a Intervallio, amazing job Project Moon. This was by far the easiest boss fight in all of the Intervallios. Cassette had very easy attacks and the only thing that damaged me was his aoe 10 speed attack that is unclashable so yeah. The other enemies do roll pretty high but they might as well be glass cannons. The backup system from RR4 is quite interesting but I didn't really need to use it for any of the fights. His MD counterpart was not that different, just more tanky but in the end even a MD bleed team is too much for him. Another 9/10 Intervallio with a 8/10 Boss... If you know you know at the end.
