Day 91: The last day of work was today and I felt a little relived but at the same time a little saddened. I know it being a seasonal job it has to end eventually, however it occurred to me today I've never worked the final last day, usually always the 2nd last day. So that was a first in all the 3 years I've worked there and where I felt saddened. Well, here's to the summer! I don't like Spring so we gonna skip it (or at least I will try), byee for today!

Day 82: Snowstorm in late March! O_O Its happened before for sure but its still kinda cool to see, especially at night. I went driving to get fuel for a vehicle and I always love how dead the streets are as the snow blows gracefully. Now I work tomorrow too and that means it will be busy, so my shoulders may die but then again I've shown improvement from last year. I got 2 - 3 more hours left before I must sleep, bye for today!

Day 1: Hello there! My friends call me Canda or Canadian, and yes as the name suggest I am from Canada :D. I plan to write a comment here daily, inspired from someone who I saw do it on another video. Although I do lack commitment sometimes I hope to make it to day 365. I plan to share stuff about me and my day and hopefully have something to look back on when I'm older. Day 255: Great news! I got the MRI thing scheduled in a couple weeks and surprisingly it came in the mail, I was expecting a phone call honestly but that's not important. Even better its at night, although a bit later (in between 1 - 3 am) than I'd like but at least it doesn't mean waking up earlier. I am a bit excited for it although I don't think its what I pictured in my head. After reading the information they included its likely very boring, I mean I though I'd make a playlist and hope they'll play it but its likely they won't :( It seems I will have to lie still (I knew that) in a hospital gown (didn't expect that) and they'll ask me questions (possibly). I won't dwell on the negatives until that time, so goodbye for now and have a wonderful day/night!

Day 16: Well another gloomy day today but I did go out snowshoeing and it was fun. I took the dogs with me and although they stressed me out a bit while driving, its always nice to see them happy when we arrive. Afterwards when we got back from hiking I did go on the snowmobile for a quick loop on a trail and I managed to get the dogs to follow along. I may have chased em with it on the ride back, oop. Day 61: It is March 3rd as of writing this and it kinda feels like the first two months have flown on by. I thought I'd share something about myself it being the 3rd month of the 3rd day. And well that is, three is my favorite number :) I get asked why and I normally just say there's a lot of significant things in my life that revolves around the number 3. I have 3 sisters, I was the 3rd one born (only boy), my birthday is in early June and as it may suggest its June 3rd (its not), yet 3 does factor into it somehow. Anyways, am off to listen to music on repeat for a while, catch ya tomorrow!

Day 278: Today was a good day for a hike and ohh I'm exhausted and so are my pets. Many of the leaves were yellow but we came across a maple tree with bright red leaves which I took a photo of. When we got to the end we ventured off for a bit and found a couple huge rocks which we climbed and the view was spectacular but slightly dangerous, especially getting down. My cousin and I might do another hike next week somewhere closer to him perhaps. Well I'm not sure what else to say and honestly I might fall asleep despite it being 8:41 so goodbye for now!

Day 76: Work today was quiet but very long (9 hours), its nice to be a home now. Well today I saw a Squirrel holding a piece of wood running back and fourth, it was rather quite amusing. Also someone brought their cat which I gave some pats (I wasn't loading anyone), then it started walking towards the loading area and I was worried I'd have to stop it, but it took 1 hop down then turned away. Anyways I got another 2 or 3 hours of my night left so I will go back to relaxing, later!

Day 47: Chilly morning but overall turned into a nice beautiful warm day. I don't think I mentioned what my job was, but I work as a Ski Lift Operator during the winter season. It was a fairly quiet day and they started me on the easiest hill, though tomorrow I'll be running the hardest hill which might kill my shoulders but we'll see. Till tomorrow o/

Day 60: Work was great today, cloudy at first but then we got sun in the afternoon. I got some compliments from people regarding my chair loading skills which made my day even better. I can be at times a bit quiet and not social sometimes, which can be awkward when someone says they like your work ethic, but I've made improvements for sure (comparing to last year/year before). Okay nap time so I can stay up late, he he, byee :)

Day 271: Today I went out to help someone with a job and along the way the leaves were orange, yellow, and red. Its absolutely beautiful. Always love this time of year because of that and why next week I'll be hiking with my cousin. I haven't decided where but hopefully the leaves will still be on the trees until that time happens. On my back home though I saw some people horse back riding along the road and I realized that was a driving first. I gave them lots of room of course to not spook the horses and to show the people that I acknowledge them.

Day 328: A new Cordi Elba track released today and I missed its release cause I was working out. However I saw no signs of a premiere so I guess yay. I suspect they'll be a couple more releases so I'll try not to miss those. Now here's how I first knew of the release; after my workout I left the auto play on, and eventually the song started to play. Me being me who over plays songs would question why there's this new song I never heard playing and look towards the tv. I saw familiar faces from the video and quickly went to their channel to realise I was 53 minutes late. Lastly, I saw they won an Aria award. If I'm remembering correctly it was for best video performance (sake of not hiding writing I looked it up. It was Live Act) so well done boys!

Day 351: Today I started my first day being a cook and I'm not as good as I thought I was. I'm not worried though as most of the experience I'll pick up as I go, and it was the first day. There also wasn't always a lot to do for today which made things a little boring and I suspect it will be tomorrow, at least until we're open for nights and holidays roll around. So I got plenty of time to hone my skills.

Day 71: Took the dogs and went snowshoeing with my cousin today. We were out for just over 2 hours hiking the property. Then we also went off trail and hiked to a lake and surprisingly it was still safe to walk over, but with warmer weather that should change by next week or the week after. I've been at home for well over 2 hours now and I'm still pretty tired and last I checked the dogs were resting too, so there's a good chance I end up napping very soon. Byee for today!

Day 48: I woke up surprised to see it snowing and although I love the snow, it means a busier day at work. Now regarding work, it wasn't so bad today especially considering I was running the harder hill today. My shoulders are a bit sore however, but that's to be expected considering my muscles have to get adapt/rebuild. Goodnight/day everyone!

Day 131: Saw a bee finally for the first time this year, and one of my dogs couldn't help but pester it. Yeah she's weird and kept snapping at it, I mean my other dog does that too, and I hate when he does cause he's allergic. Not sure if Ellie (female dog) is allergic but I really don't wanna find out so I brought her inside. Aside from that, its been nice warm days and much cooler nights, love it!

Day 199: It's been rather smokey where I live, I smell it in the air when I go outside or open my window. Actually last night it was a mix of smoke and then sometimes something flowery. Being honest I liked the smokey scent more. Anyways tomorrow, I gotta get up early, like around 11am which may seem late but I'm a night owl and with my injury I've been staying up later.

Day 21: Cold boring day lol. Not much to do indoors and a little cold to be outdoors, so I mostly spent my evening watching movies. Day 257: A server I play on recently (today) updated their gamemode but even better they implemented changes that I suggests months back. I've still yet to really play the new update but its nice to know I had something to do with majority of the changes. Wasn't that hard either since when they made their proposal I was basically the only one in the community offering feedback, no joke. I'mma call my Dad now, he's been out of town for a week, byeee.

Day 23: Woo wee what an evening! So I decided to go out snowmobiling again, it being a warmer night and all. Here I am about an hour in, also on unfamiliar grounds, I come to a stream that I didn't think I could confidently cross. So, I turn off the snowmachine and go check it out. I figured I can cross so I head back to the machine and... It won't turn on! I was in the bush without service, but I climbed the hill I went down and managed to call for help (family). Luckily, an hour later it started and I was able to bring it back to where we store it. Still not home yet, writing this in a parking lot. Well I'm exhausted, see ya'll tomorrow!

Day 320: Continuing from last night, I watched the Dog episode and upon doing so invited my dogs to come watch too. They mostly just chilled although I was expecting one of them to howl once the dogs and wolves started to in the episode but she did not. It was also nice and sunny in the early afternoon so I did some yard work to prepare for the snow and I might have to do a little bit more still if its not already late.

Day 220: Finished the exercise bike activities for tonight but more recently just got out of the shower. Well anyways last night I had a nightmarish dream and the odd thing about it is that I had something similar to it many years ago. Ghost in the same location, my closet, trapped behind the wall. So I pondered the morning deciding if I should put a hole in said wall but I'mma choose not to. I wonder what dreams my brain will conjure up tonight, later!

Day 67: Today there was a moose sighting at work and I missed it. I heard about it on the radio/walkie and some of the people skiing mentioned it while I was finishing my tasks. Pretty rare thing to happen but it just sucks I missed it. I got the day off tomorrow so I might nap and wake up for the night (I'm a night wolf), peace!

Day 262: Was such a warm day where I live and now as the night fades in its raining and I'm very thankful. Today I also got to vote for Canada's new leader which was pretty exciting. Honest though, I didn't really want to at all but I also figured why not cause it will only happen every 5 years. Also got word my dog escaped last night and that I've really no idea how. My Dad said he squeezed through a gap in the gate and I really struggle to believe that cause he's not the thinnest dog (little lanky for sure) or the smallest, he's a good medium - large build. My Dad found him sleeping by my car but he definitely got into trouble, that being, a little muddy. Ahh well, when the really cold nights start to approach he'll sleep indoors, we personally don't mind if he wants to sleep outside in the summer or fall as long as he's quiet.

Day 28: Had to wake up much earlier than I like to. I was asked to drive my sister to something, but the car didn't start (cold), and then she ended up getting a ride from someone. I wasn't so happy but not entirely annoyed either. Also got word she's moving back into the house where I live, and my way of life will change again. Its temporary, or so they say. Till tomorrow :D

Day 227: The Red Sun (night one): The drive was pretty awesome as we started approaching the camp. All the smoke from nearby fires made the sun beautifully orange/red. Just seeing the reflection in the lake water was spectacular. It was a bit hard to breathe for a while but otherwise it was fine. Anyways later I went biking after having some drinks, might have sang publicly but that's okay. And lastly for the night I may end up going night swimming but I'mma vibe for a while first.

Day 40: So I got like 6 hours of sleep which was great... but anyways when I woke up I saw a premiere from Lime Cordiale, and not gonna lie, I though it was to release this day (at 4:00 pm for me). But you know, wake up more and you realize its tomorrow... See you then! o/

Day 158: Went hiking this evening with one of my Sisters near a lake or parts of it. We only had a couple hours of sun so we couldn't go far. The first half of the hike was nice and flat and we saw some turtles digging holes and laying eggs. We had one of the dogs with us but we kept her away, mostly. The second half we hiked the peninsula, jumping from rock to rock which I had fun doing, but I remained a little cautious as I have a knee injury. The rocks were a bit tricky for the dog and she did get stuck, which admittedly, I didn't quickly help her. Only cause I saw her standing on her hind legs so I assume she could still lift herself up, but once I saw she couldn't I ran to her aid. She proceeded with more caution after that and we guided her around the more tricky areas. Also by the rocks we saw a beaver that surprisingly didn't swim away as we approached, but we still maintained distance to not disrupt its dinner (stick with leaves). We turned around after taking some photos and also the sun was setting and I didn't really wanna navigate the rocks as the sun fades. Not to mention the bugs started getting worse, like I was about to start running out of there. Anyways I want cold water and a shower, get whatever bugs off me (like ticks if there's any, pls no) and to wash sap of my hands, gross tree. Byeee!

Day 163: Last night my cat gave me a fright. Its just after 1am and I'm walking upstairs and as I approach the top steps, she bolts out of the room in front of me into the adjacent one. Naturally spooked sorta, I go in that room and turn on the lights to see.. nothing! Now that room is being renovated so there's a garbage bin on the ground and some boxes beside it and because I was going to bed, just in case, I wouldn't look behind it. I'd really rather not know but mostly I was convinced nothing was in there. Here I am so, yay!

Day 138: I passed out last night, just straight to bed for me and even though I went to bed earlier I woke up twice in complete misery, like walking up the stairs couldn't have been more challenging. Continuing on from yesterday though, my cousin and I did several hours of hiking, going to lakes/ponds, and a couple lookouts. One of the lookouts, we went back to later as it was reported a forest fire was taking place several miles away, but we only saw the smoke and some planes. I was invited for dinner and after we just played badminton for a couple mins (racket broke), and then I moved onto the snowmobile after to put some conditioner in the fuel so it didn't spoil over the season. I had such a nice time yesterday and it was the only day we could do it. Anyways my evening will involve watching a movie soon, so that's it from me for now, later!

Day 326: Been in and out of appointments these past few days (knee) and I didn't wanna go in depth because frankly it's hard to explain. I got my last one tomorrow which is to pick up a brace as mentioned by my doctor, to remove some pressure off the knee. Also scheduled physio but it's in the new year, a couple weeks after I wrap up the 365 days of commenting. Luckily enough I have my old physio exercise sheet I can use for reference and incorporate them into my workout routine (possibly change entirely) depending how much movement the brace will allow.

Day 117: I decided to be a bit more productive today and actually do something other than game. So I organized my car, finished my outside chores, printed out something, do my workout, and lastly help bring some of my Sisters belongings to her new place.

Day 365: So I think I’ll actually have to review the goal from Day 1(?) first and correct some things about it. I wish to be… probably the most open I’ve ever been throughout this year here. And partially one of my regrets that I felt was not introducing myself better or being as open I originally intended to be. I reviewed day 1 and oh my it will be something to read up the list. Well I mentioned the goal but it doesn’t look like I went into the nitty gritty or went as intended to be (being open and all). So to be blunt; this year was not as good as I hoped it to be. But to get into that I need to go back to the summer of 2020 where I met the most wonderful group of people. So 2020 was off to a bad start especially for most people. But it was perhaps those events, those lockdowns, how I came to meet a fantastic group of people, that would inadvertently free me from myself. I was and still am, a little shy but not to the extent I was before. We’re talking barely saying a few words to not even wanting to play a song of fear of being judged. And even though I stopped feeling welcome towards the end, I still owe them because I’m just so thankful. I don’t wish to get into those memories (totally not uploaded), I want to keep them light and remember the good times. I still keep in touch with some of the friends I made (group was big, didn’t know everyone) who I often play with regularly. But with all good things, it's not often the bad is far away and here comes the snow (not sun). It shouldn't be a surprise to people in Canada our government showers us with mental health awareness during the fall/winter season. As you can probably guess, it went downhill for me, I stopped feeling welcome within the group and was going through personal feelings, wanting something I can’t have, wanting a relationship that wouldn’t work. And that's how I went into this, hiding those feelings, on top of the depression at the time (feeling very good this winter actually). I still wish to keep some anonymity but growing up was not easy for me. Parental issues and more parental issues with a step mother who was horrible. I’m no saint either, I’ve made my fair share of mistakes in life but I choose to learn from them and not be that person anymore, to grow up, to reclaim who I once was, which is why I had high hopes for this year which didn’t pan out. I know life is what you make it and I’m also not one to use excuses but damn losing my summer sucked! And having prior drama with another group back in April, was not looking good. Also being an adult who’s not in school or hasn't had a job at all throughout the summers clearly shows signs of struggling, luckily I have hope, and some (keyword: some) yes some time, but it is running short. I thought I was ready for 2021, boy was I wrong Now that's maybe mid summer so let's go to fall (Autumn): the rise. Once I was able to move again I started to enjoy life. For how depressing fall and winter are, they're both my favourite seasons. I love the crisp Autumn air, the colourful leaves, the not so cold but not overly warm breeze. I just love it! In turn, I made amends with the group and we’re on good terms and often play on weekends. I’ve also been doing lots of thinking for 2022, acknowledging the things holding me down in life and try to work past them. To have a relationship, to try new things, learn new skills. Piano has always interested me so why not learn to play. But there will be one downside or one possible caveat. That being, if, and only if I don’t do what I set out to do, that means I need to remove what I think is being my distraction, the thing holding me back. And if someone clicked my channel, it's obviously the one game I mostly play, minecraft. I’ll have to quit what I credit to getting me past all the trauma dealt with growing up. Worst part, I don’t wanna tell my friends so as not to hurt them (I’m sure they don’t read this). I just wanna fade out quietly, but remain in the discord server. But, if I set out and actually do things, then I don’t have to quit also, just put it aside. To be clear: this quitting part is just talk but will definitely have to be done if I fall into ‘old habits’. Final thoughts: It's amazing; going from not wanting to do this, to being late writing a comment, to eventually enjoying doing this and I don’t regret it. Thanks to those who read my comments and to Lime Cordiale for putting up with me for 365 days. Day 228: Smoke on the lake (night two): So I went night swimming last night and the water was unbelievable cold, I couldn't stop shivering. Although I clearly didn't learn much from that because I'm doing it again later tonight. Today though it was very hot, so me and my Cousin did some hiking before the temperature peaked. It was a small not so difficult hike which made it easier for me. After that, more swimming!!! And the water was still cold but much much more tolerable. This is the last night of camp for me, I'll be heading back early afternoon as my cousin goes on a seperate camping session with his parents. And all honestly, the drive for the dog sitter is a bit long. Anyways, I'mma enjoy my last name night and hopefully stay warm enough when I inevitably freeze after I plunge in, byeee!

Day 137: I couldn't be more exhausted. Just got home from a long day of hiking and outdoor activities (7+ hours) with my cousin. I took one of the dogs too and she's eating right now but I'm certain after she's done, she's out for the night. I don't even know what to say, like I can barely walk up the stairs, and I feel a blister somewhere at the back of my heel. Know what, it was a warm great day, I'll leave it there and go into the activities tomorrow, bye for now.

Day 186: I really couldn't express how ready I am to walk, I find myself accidently bending my knee which brings some discomfort or I tense up my knee as if I was walking even though I'm lying down. It's almost been 2 weeks since the incident and I've decided If I'm struggling to put weight on it by Thursday I will see a doctor. I can't remember the past incidents but I feel 2 weeks is plenty of time to be able to at least step forward slightly without assistance. Upside though, everyday is getting easier, in fact, I should go do my laundry. I gotta figure out a way to bring it down 2 sets of stairs, byee for today!

Day 19: Woo weee what a evening! I went snowmobiling and on the first run basically froze my fingers and had to switch mitts. As they started to warm up I experienced a burning feel, then again another burning feel but even worse, and lastly to an itch. Later, my sister got the machine stuck so that ate up half an hour to get it unstuck and then afterwards I took it on the road, and I uhh... decided to go fast :D I loved every moment of it (besides the cold, temp showing: -17). Well I'm off to shower to warm up and have some hot chocolate afterwards. I'll be back tomorrow!

Day 234: First workout day in months(?) and I feel kinda sick at the moment. Anyways though, before I started I had some clean up to do, mostly some cloths, garbage and dust. Now the overall workout which was what it was last time, was this time very painful, at least the squats and lunges. I strongly feel in good time everything will be back to normal or better than it was than last time.

Day 253: Was listening to a bit of a soundtrack to a game, more specifically red dead redemption two. Just upon hearing it made me remember the story and oh boy its effing great. I'm also one of the lucky few (0.24%) to have 100% completion and 70 gold story mode achievement (0.04% (I unlocked at 0.03% though)) out of the whole player base. I'd recommend that game to anyone even if your not a gamer. Kinda funny how I never thought I'd 100% that game and last year it just happened, next one is cyberpunk (maybe: a lot of things need to be calculated if I do).

Day 7: Greetings! My day started when I said (while dreaming) "Blue is not a colour", then I woke up and soon questioned why I said that, oh well lol. Some interesting news, our lock down has been extended another 2 weeks which is no fun. However, got word my snowmobile is operational now which is a good way to spend those next 2 weeks (I love the cold). That'll be it from me tonight, hopefully I say nothing dumb in my dreams again. Day 108: It snowed again last night! I don't know the exact amount but I'd say it's well over an inch and a half. Sadly it's one sunny day away before it melts but I mean it's still cool to see in mid/late April. There was also a one time gaming event for a game I play that happened a couple days ago and they released the global leaderboard and I got 8th place. Nothing else to add today, byee.

Day 327: I get some freedom with the brace! Only have to wear it if I'm doing activities that could use extra stabilization, hiking being a good example. I'm expected to a game party now for a friend, byee!
