Liminal Dreamscapes: The Clocks Beyond Time

A traveller cautiously follows a shadowy figure-the Hat Man. The hallway seems endless. Shadows twist and stretch unnaturally, as if the light struggles to hold its shape. The Hat Man stops before a door, placing a gloved hand on the handle without turning back. His voice echoes in the emptiness, warning:
"This is not your place, traveller. To step forward is to unmake yourself. Time does not forgive trespassers."
The hallway warps and fractures as the door creaks open, collapsing into spiralling fragments of light and sound. The traveller is pulled into a new realm-a liminal dimension where time loses all meaning.
The scene transforms into a surreal expanse of floating clocks suspended in midair, their hands spinning at erratic, impossible speeds.
Stairs rise and fall in endless loops, leading nowhere. Doors float in the distance, glowing faintly with green light, some ajar to reveal shimmering indoor pools or infinite voids. Towers of translucent crystal trees glisten in the distance, their branches holding miniature clocks like fruit. The sky above pulses with hues of fiery orange and serene blue, and the horizon bends upward, enclosing the realm like a clock face wrapping in on itself.
"Here, time is not linear-it is a storm, a sea of endless loops and forgotten moments. You do not belong here, yet you are here. Every second you linger, you unravel the threads of your own existence. This realm feeds on anomalies like you, drawing you deeper into its chaos."
The entity warns "Choose wisely. Not all doors lead back, and not all moments are yours to keep."
