@@mim0so Clearly you don't know anything about the backrooms. Originally it was just an idea about how liminal spaces are scary on a post for 4chan. It started with one but evolved to many different images and they started putting levels on them and listing them. No monsters, just liminal scary spaces with the uneasy feeling of being alone. Then a group who loved it then turned it into a story/horror type place. The creation of M.E.G and entities, which is still being evolved to this day. Then Kane Pixels also years later took upon the idea and made his own version but still using the same levels. Not just level 0 but connecting a bunch and adding his own story to it. So hate to tell you, Kane Pixels didn't even create the backrooms. His was just the one who got popular bc of the video.

I know the backrooms is supposed to be liminal spaces, and liminal spaces are supposed to be nostalgic, but I felt a very odd feeling when seeing the image of it. It’s because when I was like 2, my parents went through Heathrow Airport, and we walked past this area. Seeing the imagine must have awoken some sort of memory in me, because I felt like it had something to do with an airport. The feeling wasn’t nostalgia, it was a real memory, just cloudy and obscured by my dumb child brain with its dumb child mental capacity.
