He even though he does n't need any Martials training at all to get stronger it makes him a better fighter than Saitama and even Garou if he continues training he's a better version of saitama with martial arts and Stronger will. He's stronger than all might but still losing to martial artist that isn't able to break limiter his/her like him but he maybe just hasn't fully broken his limiter or he has broken his limiter and the Author wants fights to be more interesting and exciting with Deku not Defeating everybody with one punch so he makes gets as gets as strong or even surpass Saitama by training really Extreme getting a little stronger every time he trains and he's really right to do that becuase, fight scenes would be finish too soon boring and deku wouldn"t gain that much battle experience even if he makes the fights longer it would be a waste of time reaction would be too fast while he would be barely trying so some battles would be wasted on him
