It’s not a bobber, but a weighted cork allowing you to cast the lighter jig far and maintaining the jig in the middle of strike zone.

When u use the bobber how long do u make the leader line?

I all way used 5-6ft for leader ,because my rods 11am do 12ft

@@Trantuong49 I was using a 3 foot leader with a bobber and a minnow. I was only able to catch 3 drums and 2 large mouth bass. I think I'll try a longer leader next time. Thanks for the reply
