nah, I think it should exist, even without limited operators the game still plays well because you have the non-limited metas such as surtr, thorns, eyjafjalla. And I think with the existence of limited operators, other players can give themselves a treat by earning something not everyone has.

You can only get the sibling’s on sui banners , kirin yato may never come back which is why the r6 rerun is a big deal since it’s the only way to get them , and the other limiteds rotate
