Sir ek confusion hai ...jab aap padha rhe ghe attachments while filing/apply run whether in case of new/existing llp..usme aap bole ki consent chahye 50 oercent se zyada ka ..to change name...🥺 Phir 2.05.55 pe aap wapas gye change in name of llp me aur phir aap bolr ki ..consent of all partners chahye ..to exactly kya hai sir ..plz btadijye🥺
