Honestly what an absolute banger of a boss. Well done Blizzard and thank god they reworked it after testing. Despite being incredibly hard, the players were clearly still enjoying the fight. The fight had a considerable lack of game breaking bugs for a fight never publicly tested. Well done Liquid and congrats!

I low key wish blizzard would have split that tier in two, it was obvious halondrous and anduin were supposed to be the end bosses, and then the jailer was supposed to be its own section. Yet due to the rushed nature of that expansion they had to smash it all together which meant you essentially had 5 end bosses instead of 2-3 like you typically do.

As a warlock, THD and Kingflys ability to so consistently do insane dps is unbelievable to me, I understand they get PIs but Demo is such an immobile spec at times and this fight had so much movements and managing the bomb is just incredible to me. I'm sure its the same for others specs I just don't know them that well. Mad props to the whole team, insane skill and concentration needed for this!

I came back to wow after a year long break just to chill and did this boss in LFR. Paid a lot of attention to the mechanics and, I gotta say, this is one of the most fun bosses I've done. Have you tried Halondrus on lfr difficulty? You simply cannot down him with a 100% lfr-skilled group. No chance. My guild just downed him on hc today and that was easier than lfr with randoms.

When they cleared it, Echo has had 3-digit pulls as well. The delay isn't even that huge, the boss was extremely overtuned and it took nerfs for it to be downed by the participating RWF guilds.

I hope that when they finish all the bosses, Blizzard will do some pretty serious nerfs to each one. If a professional team has taken almost 300 attempts, what will be left for the rest of us? It might sound like a lot of fun and all you want, but it's certainly not viable for the remaining guilds.

Yeah I don’t think Mythic clearing is meant to be accesible to everyone. But plenty of non professional guilds tend to get through a good amount of bosses on mythic later in the patch. In a few weeks when even the unlucky consistent players have 4 sets w/ creation catalyst things will also get easier.

4 bosses left, 3 of them completely untested. Good possibility that Anduin will just get flattened in the reset but hard to tell what will really occur with the last 3. Hoping we are looking at two resets though.

I mean, Liquid is already going to have one day over Echo, etc. for just the clear, then they get another day ahead on gearing and the like between the resets.
