Limiting & Clamping Values in Ruby

Really cool. Wrote a shipping rate feature recently which supported specified weight ranges in it, this would have been ideal for that. Oh and by the way, you can use infinity if you only have one limit `clamp(-Float::INFINITY, Float::INFINITY)`

Someone also mentioned nil works for clamp. Need to try it out!
