Hi there, simulation of stressful environments is a good way to improve performance in tough situations. So do the practice exam and mock exam in exam conditions, practice time management and the exam approach.

Steve, how did you get 0.5, 0.2 and 1? Thanks
@SteveWillisACCA Жыл бұрын
hi, that is the cost per unit (e.g. $0.75 for the first one) divided by the price per gram $1.50, so you work backwards to get the grams. 0.75/1.50 = 0.5 for the first one. Make sense?

I think you are referring to the discount--read the scenario again, you'll see that the corporate client gets a discount on the shakes.

I am abit confused on the production part like as you are apportioning the shortage
@SteveWillisACCAАй бұрын
We are allocating the material with the shortage to the most 'profitable' products--those that turn it into contribution most efficiently.

How did you get the grams, 0.5, 0.2 and 1?
@SteveWillisACCA5 ай бұрын
You divide the cost per unit by the cost of the ingredient. If X costs $20, and its $10/gram -- then it's 2 grams...
