I was less than half of my age now. It was a great time. The cable TV was so very kicking. Watching it in the early mornings was like Buddhist meditation. I used to sing these songs at school, at college and at times at work too while I was still an undergraduate. No money or overwhelming material success/fame can get that era of fun and frolic back. I still feel like an indulge innocent teenager while watching these. I remember everything. My clothes, my vehicles, my books, my pets, my homes and what I was aspiring to do in the near future which has already become distant past. Nobody else cares about such senti memories. I do. I only had my music, my machines, my books and my pets. Respect for Limp Bizkit from country India.

@@DastardSilvergun Because in a time where actual great nu metal bands existed, Limp Bizkit were instead getting the spotlight. Even though they are some of the worst and still are. And this is coming from someone that actually liked them back in their heyday, but cringe so hard at their songs now. They were never good.
@BucketOfSuck4 жыл бұрын
@@DastardSilvergun Several reasons. Durst let his ego get out of control. The rap rock trend ended, pretty abruptly. And Wes Borland left for a while. LB has released a couple albums since then but their time just came and went. Sadly, rock itself seems to be dying and a whole host of talentless 'Lil' cough syrup drinking mumble rappers, autotuned pop singers and 'press play' djs have taken over. Even esteemed companies like Gibson and Fender are having financial trouble because it's a lot easier to make songs on a laptop than learn guitar. If rock doesnt find a hero, it will disappear forever.

@@jorgex2000 I never heard my grandparents say the 1940's and up were any better than my time growing up. They criticize this generation b/c kids are lazy, have no hobbies cept computers, and are wimps-claim every1 bullies them. I got bullied 2, but I had 2 stand up 4 myself. It's part of life!
@jorgex20004 жыл бұрын
@@justinarazo8857 that is a huge generalization. This generation of kids are likely way smarter and tolerant than previous generations.
@justinarazo88574 жыл бұрын
@@jorgex2000 Tolerant? 😄 This generation has so much more technology and advances, but the materialism, status, and physical features have become a protocol unfortunately. That has made kids insecure, suicidal, and drug addicts. I did dumb stuff in my youth yea, but I grew up.
