This channel is just pop up on my youtube, and I decided to watched it, i came to canada March 1, 2019 as a temporary foreign worker in New Brunswick, applied permanent residence after 5 months, working in a family restaurant after one and half years i got my PR, but before that i also got refused because i made a few mistakes on my application, i lost my status for 2 months without work, so need to apply for a restoration but my passport expired, and that time is covid, drove to Ontario from NB just to have a passport extension for 10 hours back and forth, and apply again for a work permit, struggle is real. That time i am ready to go home, then a few days received an email and the message is approved, till i got my PR status. As long as you have employer ready to help you for your application you be good. I did all my application on my own , from the start, Right now I’m a Canadian citizen . Lesson, don’t give up just keep going and don’t lose hope. Everything will fall in place. Have a faith and believe to god and pray. .

nung nag migrate kami sa NZ, cool Catholics kami, pero sinubok ang Faith namin, iyak, takbo sa church kc declined ang EOI namin, nag expire na work visa namin, Christmas season, ilan kaming Pinoy walang visa so stop working, Pray lang, Trust and Obey HIS WILL AND WAYS. its notyour Plan but God's Plan. Wag mawalan ng pagasa. I'm a Canadian citizen but the process for me was not easy. I came here in 2003, I got refused PR so many times, I was order removed twice but I persevered. I hired an immigration lawyer (Bjorn Harsanyi)in Calgary, I got my PR after almost 7 years. Slow down lang but don't lose hope.

Always have a back up plan just in case things don’t work out. It’s true that Canada is not the only option. With your experiences now plus Canadian education, you can also apply for work in other countries. You may not see the bigger picture right now but someday you will both understand. Applying in Canada doesn’t always guarantee an approved application. Because if that’s the case then they won’t need immigration officers to filter out the applicants. Every case is different. Just because others were asked of additional docs doesn’t mean it’s the same case with everyone else. For the meantime, just stay strong for your kid. This is just one of the many trials in life, especially dito sa Canada. Always remember that other people who came before you also went through the eye of a needle before they got to where they are now. There is no shortcut. It is what it is. Some people even waited 4 years or more just to get their PR approved or refused despite additional docs submitted or even hiring an immigration consultant or lawyer. Nothing is guaranteed. Everything is a risk. Just be strong for yourself and your family. Good luck.

Ang comments ko lang, ang submission ng docs sa IRCC is not only satisfying tue requirements according to the list ng IRCC but it is mainly how you present the documents with detailed attachments and attached explanation. Always treat your information and documents not only as requirements but informative and well explained. Kasi, the Immigration Officer is reading and dealing only the documents that he was reading or referring to, so dapat yong documents na submitted at para ikaw mismo na nakaupo sa harapan nya na kung anong gusto nyang itanong ay masasagot mo and he/she will convinced sa mga sinabi mo, so kung ang presentation ng documents ay hindi maconvince ang Immigration Officer, ganoon talaga he/she will decide negatively. Isang halimbawa yan isang letter of request ng isang employee sa kanyang manager na hihingi ng approval with standard requirement pero walang detailed information kaya rejected. Dapat yong documents nyo pinakita nyo sa expert person like Immigration Consultant or Lawyer. Kung baga Doctor as Physician at sa tingin mo alam mo na lahat ang procedure and medicines na gusto mong bigyan ng prescription ang isang Neuro patient pero hindi na referred sa Consultant Neurologist or Neuro Surgeon na dapat makita nila muna at oag aralan...

two points: 1) mood ng visa officer(we cannot control)2) presentation of documents.(we can control) 1) visa office mood: 17 yrs ago, it happens to us sa Canadian Embassy sa RCBC plaza tower, Ayala. During that time may kasabayan kaming isang family for an in-person interview at IELTS test.( we applied for FSW or Express entry kumbaga pag pumasa ay Landed Immigrant na agad o PR na). Yong isang couple/family ay natapat sa visa officer na wla sa mood at ang sabi ay You did not make it “ to pass the 67 pts. Kami naman ay very considerate yong visa officer at sinabhihan kami na to submit a Proof of Plan documents within 14 days. 2) documents: i planned it neatly like submitting a thesis report sa college. why not apply for Express Entry? you guys are young and highly educated.
