Hi Jaime - I'm not sure how to answer your question sorry. Other than to recommend trying this for yourself and then evaluating if it would be suitable for the age group you are working with. I would not recommend it for young children as you do need to be cautious when handling the metal. Thanks for watching.

I love these but thinking I will just wear thin cotton gloves and cut with scissors, Cricut method looks like hassle.

Hi The Cricut is great for more intricate cuts but you can certainly cut the aluminum by hand. Thanks for watching.
