豆腐煮魚，的確是營養價值很高的一道菜，蛋白質很高。不過仍需注意魚刺，除非鯽魚是炸過的，否則，魚刺不易酥。

牛肉好吃但火候要好准林更新真是有點料做的過程放點糖提鮮及保持嫩滑做好加點粉漿包着牛肉更滑給八十五分不错。
