Sadly, Johor Bahru City Centre full of residential area and taman perumahan, that's why the city look messy and still not on par to Penang and KL in term of city planning 😅

It has apartment and hotel, u can see it from the video - 2 tall tower is apartment and the short one is new hotel in JB, NOVOTEL. Also, will have retail space include highest restaurant in JB
