I have a 2010 mkx that cranks very little then stops. It won't crank enough to start the car. I'm wondering if this is due to a bad alternator or if my spark plugs, coils, or wires need to be replaced? Thank you for sharing your videos to help people fix our vehicles!

How can you psychically tell if the relay is bad? Two of the four prongs look burnt . But I got more relays at the junkyard. They all look like that. Also the car will start sometime and other times it does nothing

Our 2010 started doing the same thing 3 months ago, even after 2 new batteries... Disconnected to car computer for 5 days, and still no power what so ever. We also had a Lincoln dealership electrical mechanic come out and look at it. He said most of the models of this type had bad computer boards, draining the battery... Help anyone ?
